- Price of exhibition area includes
fee for 3 representatives
of the company.
For each other the parcipant
must be paid:

- Lecture on product-presentation
should be announced to hosts
and payed down, otherwise
will be not accepted.
- Fringe meetings in hotel, during congres
necessary to communicate
with hosts and hotel-management.
- Settlement of all ordered and billed
services to congress secretariat,
so with the view of they were the
financial means on his book
five days before to begin of event,
is a condition for participation.
- Participation is subject to payment
of all ordered and invoiced services
to the congressional secretariat
so that funds are available on his
account five days before
the event is credited
